With only one week available, the entire project had to be delivered under strict time constraints. The strategy was to replace outdated systems with a fully integrated audio visual environment and advanced boardroom solutions, capable of supporting high-level meetings, real-time communication, and seamless collaboration.

Upgrading the Boardroom with Advanced AV Technologies
MaktabiTech delivered a complete audio visual systems integration, upgrading the space into a modern, high-performance executive environment.
The implementation included:
- Installation of “The Wall” direct LED display solution (1.2 pixel pitch), replacing legacy LCD video walls with a high-resolution visualization system.
- Full AV system upgrade and reconfiguration, including microphones, audio systems, and PTZ camera integration.
- Reprogramming of existing control systems, enabling automated interaction between microphones, cameras, and display systems through a more intelligent conference room control system environment.
- Maintenance and optimization of existing retractable screens and AV components.
- Structured cable management and infrastructure refinement to support long-term system reliability, supported by refined network cabling services and infrastructure optimization.
The solution was built using technologies from global partners such as Samsung, Crestron, Biamp, Televic, DIGIBIRD, and Arthur Holm, ensuring performance aligned with enterprise and government standards.

Working with a newly introduced technology such as “the wall” required extensive preparation, testing, and coordination.
Despite limited time and the complexity of installing a new system, the team worked closely with manufacturer support, studied technical documentation in detail, followed manufacturer guidance closely, and executed the installation with precision.
Additional enhancements were also delivered beyond the original scope, improving system performance and usability, all within the same tight deadline.
