Across the spaces, MaktabiTech delivered advanced meeting room solutions, workplace technology solutions, and collaboration spaces, including fully equipped conference room AV systems, designed as part of a fully integrated AV environment.
This included:

- Auto-tracking cameras supporting more dynamic video conferencing solutions and video meeting platforms.
- Collaborative display systems across executive offices, enabling more efficient day-to-day communication and decision-making.

- Centralized iPad-based room control for fast and intuitive operation.
These environments were designed to support modern conference room systems, smart meeting room solutions, and scalable collaboration across different teams and departments.

This immersive experience environment goes beyond standard display technology, creating a more engaging, interactive digital experience where content, interaction, and presentation come together seamlessly, making it one of the standout elements of the full deployment.
A major part of the project focused on high-visibility spaces designed to deliver a strong visual and experiential impact.
The implementation included:
- A 0.9mm pixel pitch LED video wall enabling high-impact, high-resolution presentations with advanced audio visual equipment.
- Integrated digital signage and meeting room digital signage solutions for centralized content delivery.
- A smart background music (BGM) system integrated into the centralized AV control platform.
- A fully immersive room featuring an ARC-shaped 0.9mm interactive LED wall.
- Integration of Orbbec Femto 3D depth camera technology for real-time interaction.
- High-accuracy computer vision supporting advanced presentation scenarios.
Centralized Control Across All Systems
What makes a project like this valuable is not only the individual technologies but also how well they are brought together through a unified AV systems integration and centralized control approach across all environments.
The solution was delivered in collaboration with selected global technology partners, including LG, Q-SYS, Mersive, BrightSign, Uniguest, Cisco, Nureva, and Orbbec.
Integration Challenge: Advanced Technologies, One Control Experience
One of the most technically demanding parts of the project was integrating high-end 3D depth camera technology with a 0.9mm LED environment to create a responsive and immersive interactive experience.
At the same time, the project required multiple hardware platforms and technologies to operate through a single unified control interface powered by integrated workplace technology solutions. That meant balancing user simplicity with backend complexity, without affecting performance, responsiveness, or reliability.
This is where deep integration expertise becomes critical. The challenge was not only to deploy advanced systems but also to make them function together in a way that feels controlled, intuitive, and stable across every space.
